FIELD SERVICE BUREAU COMMANDER
Captain Nancy Yeager
Captain Nancy Yeager began her employment with the Westminster Police Department on January 26, 2007.
Captain Yeager is a retired sworn officer from the Howard County Police Department. During a 25 year career with HCPD Captain Yeager was assigned as a patrol officer and a Crime Prevention Officer. After a promotion to the rank of Sergeant she continued to serve as a patrol Sergeant until a transfer as the Administrative Sergeant in Support Services. A promotion to Lieutenant sent Captain Yeager to Information Management and she assumed the responsibilities for Records Management and Computer Operations. Once she was promoted to the rank of Captain, she served as the Northern District Commander and then transferred to Special Operations as the Commander.
Captain Yeager is a graduate of Northwestern School of Police Staff and Command, and the FBI National Academy. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Baltimore. She is married with one child and lives in Jarrettsville.
CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION BUREAU COMMANDER
Captain Pete D'Antuono
Captain Pete D'Antuono began his career with the Westminster Police Department on October 25, 2005 as the Commander of Criminal Investigations. The responsibilities of the CID Commander include the investigation of serious criminal offenses, narcotics investigations and the Internal Affairs function.
Captain D'Antuono is a retired sworn officer from the Howard County Police Department. During a 24 year career with HCPD Capt. D'Antuono was assigned as an investigator in the Crimes Against Property and also Violent Crimes Section. After a promotion to the rank of Sergeant he returned to the Violent Crimes Section as the supervisor of an eight detective unit responsible for the investigation of crimes to include murder, sexual assault and robbery. Captain D'Antuono retired as a Lieutenant in the Howard County Police and the Commander of the Internal Affairs Division.
Captain D'Antuono holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland. He is married with three children and resides in Ellicott City.
ADMINISTRATIVE BUREAU COMMANDER
Captain Gerry Frischkorn
Captain Gerry Frischkorn began his career with the Westminster Police Department on June 3, 2008 as the Commander of the Administrative Bureau.
Captain Frischkorn has served with both the Ocean City, Maryland Police Department and the Howard County Police Department where he retired in May 2008 after twenty nine years of service. During his career at Howard County, Captain Frischkorn was assigned to Patrol Operations as an officer, sergeant and lieutenant. Captain Frischkorn also held assignments in the Traffic Enforcement Section, Research and Planning Section and as an administrative sergeant responsible for the implementation of the Mobile Data Project. Captain Frischkorn completed his career at the Howard County Police Department as the Deputy District Commander of the Northern District.
Captain Frischkorn is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forest Resource Management and a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Conservation and Resource Development. He is married with two children and resides in West Friendship.
