MINUTES

September 4, 2003

On the evening of September 4, 2003 at 7:00 p.m., Chairman Camlin called to order a special meeting of the Westminster Historic District Commission (HDC or Commission).  Chairman Camlin; Members Walters, Thomas, and Goodell; Technical Planner Fisher; and members of the public were present.  The Chairman opened the meeting with a "Statement of Authority" for the HDC. 

The purpose of the special meeting was to provide information about the 2004 Holiday House Tour to prospective participants.  Commission members reviewed issues of decoration, promotion, entertainment and logistics, and set December 4, 2004 as the tour date.  Several participants supported Carroll Hospice as the benefiting charity for the tour.

The special meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
