City of Westminster Comprehensive Plan
The 2004 City of Westminster Comprehensive Plan was adopted by The Mayor and Common Council on June 14, 2004. Individual chapters of the plan, as well as the Land Use Map, Functional Classification Map, and environmental resource maps are available by clicking on the links below.
The Comprehensive Plan is also available on CD-ROM for $5.00, or in hard-copy printed form for $25.00 (available January 3, 2005), at Westminster City Hall. Copies of the CD-ROM or printed plan may also be ordered by telephone (410-848-7967) for an additional shipping charge.
