Public MeetingsThe Mayor and City Council regularly meet on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7pm in the Council chamber on the first floor of City Hall at 1838 Emerald Hill Lane. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. Additional information may be obtained from the City Clerk at 410-848-9000. Copies of the agenda for upcoming meetings are available on the Friday preceding each scheduled meeting. Citizens' comments are solicited at each meeting.
The Westminster Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm at City Hall.
The Board OF Zoning Appeals meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm at City Hall.
The Historic District Commission meets on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm at City Hall.
The Tree Commission meets quarterly or as needed, please contact the Planning, Zoning & Development Department at 410-848-4628 for the dates and times of upcoming Tree Commission meetings.
