FAIR HOUSING

It is against the law to discriminate in the sale or rental of housing on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, ancestry, marital status, physical/mental handicap, age 62 or older, or familial status. The Westminster Office of Housing and Community Development periodically sponsors events and information drives regarding fair housing. We assist anyone who feels they have been victimized file a complaint with HUD and/or the Maryland Commission on Human Relations.
