Lead Hazard Reduction Grant/Loan Program (LHRGLP)
Administered through the State of Maryland Special Loans Programs. Up to $15,000 in a grant or loan, depending on ability to repay, for the removal of lead in owner-occupied housing. Also available to landlords.

Paint up, Fix up Grant Program
This program will provide up to $1,000 in matching funds to homeowners who want to complete exterior home improvement projects. The program is limited to homes in the revitalization area.

Maryland Housing Rehab Program (MHRP)
The purpose of the MHRP is to preserve and improve single-family properties and one-to-four unit rental properties. MHRP is a program designed to bring properties up to applicable building codes and standards.

Accessible Homes For Seniors
The program provides zero percent interest, deferred loans for a term of 30 years to finance accessibility improvements. Home must be owner-occupied with at least one member 55 or older.

Special Targeted Area Rehabilitation Program (STAR) The purpose of the STAR Program is to preserve and improve single-family properties. STAR is a program designed to bring properties up to applicable building codes and standards or a minimum housing quality standard.
