Adminstrative Services The Administrative Services Department is responsible for the Offices of Technology, Inspection Services, and the Housing Fund. This Department handles a variety of complex and high level special projects which impact several or all departments of the City. Examples of these projects include oversight of the Water and Sewer Rate Structure Study, the development of the FY2010 Budget and three year operating plan, and the Retiree Health Care Study.
