Community DevelopmentSpecial Targeted Area Redevelopment program (STAR)
This state program provides funding through fully deferred zero interest loans to homeowners earning less than 30% of the statewide median income. Funds are used to bring deficient properties up to applicable building and livability codes. Contact the City's Office of Community Development for more information or application assistance.
