Community DevelopmentMaryland Housing Rehabilitation Program (MHRP)
This state program provides low-interest loans to owner-occupants and rental owners for rehabilitation of properties with residents earning less than 80% of the statewide median income. Funds may be used for energy efficiency and weatherization improvements, necessary interior and exterior repairs, accessibility improvements, and hazard abatement.
