Community DevelopmentLead Hazard Reduction Program
Administered through the State of Maryland Special Loans Programs. Up to $15,000 in a grant or loan, depending on ability to repay, for the removal of lead in owner-occupied housing. Also available to owners of rental housing. Information and application assistance is available from the City's office of Community Development.
