The Westminster Municipal Pool aims to serve the recreational needs of the residents of Westminster and surrounding area. The pool opens on Monday, May 26 and will remain open through Monday, September 1. Hours are 12 noon to 7 PM daily. However, when Carroll County Public Schools are open the Pool will remain closed. Admittance is by membership or daily gate fee. The Pool has a separate baby pool, tot lot, sand volleyball court, 6-ft. water slide and a concession stand. The pool has an active swim team which practices and has swim meets during June-July. Stingray Learn to Swim classes are offered for children ages 3 and up.
Pool Hours
- Saturday & Sunday 12 noon to 7 PM
- Tu, W, F - Adult Lap Swim 7-8 PM
- Tu & Th - Water Aerobics, 7-8 PM (August)
- Pool will open late on Swim Meet dates & will be posted in advance.

Non-member daily fees: $5.00 ages 12 to 55 years
- $5.00 ages 12-55 years
$3.00 ages 11 years & under
- $3.00 ages 56 years & up
*Family memberships include immediate family only - Spouses, unmarried children or stepchildren residing at your address. Photo identification required, please submit an identifying photo to each person listed on membership - photo must be updated every 2 years. Memberships are limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
